Appointment of a dedicated distributor/ channel partner to service Select NMT/ RMT/ SMT/ SAS/ Select Special Channel across the assigned Area.
· Handling sales through distributors to RMT, SMT and SAS stores spread across the assigned Area. (Sales to Select NMT and Select Special Channel maybe direct).
· Managing smooth flow of funds in channel and follow up for timely payments from buyers and maintain healthy relationship with category buyers and trade heads.
· Negotiation and generation of PO’s from local buying managers thru team or self. Servicing of PO’s in coordination with supply chain for Stocks.
· Ensuring 100% fill rates to key accounts by managing stocks at distributors and right forecasting.
· Managing listing in local key accounts, running of monthly promotions in all accounts and ensuring viability of expenses against sales generated.
· Reconciliation of local sales promotions budgets/ Invoices with coordination from Accounts and Finance team.
· Handling Trade Activation for key accounts for Merchandising Activities like new Launches, Visibility and Promotions.
· Handling Third-party team of Promoters and Supervisors at the outlet level for Merchandising and Sell – out.
